Rescompany Systems Ltd was founded in 2003 by travel software professionals determined to develop a revolutionary reservations solution—by travel professionals, for travel professionals—that could manage the collection and administration of all passenger data in one central hub, incorporating booking management processes; inventory, rate, and yield management; and built-in customer relationship management capabilities.
This centralised system quickly cultivated a receptive audience, as small- and medium-sized operators found Rescompany’s single-platform solution comprehensive yet user-friendly, allowing for the easy management and nurturing of customer databases while simultaneously offering a strong foundation of outstanding personalised support.
Over the years this relatively small and simple application has grown exponentially, gradually incorporating an extensive reporting solution, a powerful native Customer Relationship Management tool, and a real-time Business Intelligence module – all designed to integrate seamlessly into a wholly customisable interface.
2008 marked the beginning of a new era for Rescompany, as the acquisition of two new companies provided the foundation for the complete 360˚ suite of applications we have today. When united with Rescompany’s existing software, this trinity of travel technology formed our all-inclusive solution, able to be tailored to ship, shore, and hybrid operations alike. With scalable solutions, seamless integration and easily customisable components, Resco now provides our range of competitive tools to operators of all sizes and specialties across markets worldwide.
