Resco CRS/CRM/WEB (Central Reservation, Customer Relationship Management and Web Content)
Resco CRS, Resco CRM, Resco WEB and Resco BI combines Central Reservation Functionality and Customer Relationship Management within one solution thus giving the user with a direct access to the entire booking history of a guest online and in real-time.
The system supports inventory management, multi-market and multi-channel pricing using a sophisticated rules engine for all financial calculations. Direct, travel agent and business to business sales capabilities are strengthened by multi-language and multi-currency functionality. The system is built to support cruises, day cruises, hotels, wholesalers, tour operators, charters, individual excursions, holiday villages and package groups. Resco CRS and CRM are offered as one complete solution or as separate packages. For the stand-alone CRM sophisticated interfaces are provided to existing systems to allow the best possible use of the available data.
Resco SMS/POS/INV (Ship Property Management System, Point of Sale and Inventory Management)
Resco SMS, Resco POS and Resco INV are integrated shipboard property management systems designed specifically to process hotel-side aspects of onboard operations. Working together, the Ship Property Management System, Point of Sale and Inventory Management modules support essential processes for any size of vessel, from small yachts to large ocean-faring cruise ships.
The combination of available modules cover all aspects of a reservation, arrival, onboard sales and purchases, administration, security, billing and check-out. Resco SMS can not only receive reservation information but can also send financial and updated personal details back to Resco CRS thus making the marketing data, available through Resco CRM, more accurate and valuable.
