While Rescompany employees are bound by customer confidentiality there is a possibility that third parties will also be able to access your computer, therefore it is advised that the remote access software is disabled unless requested by an employee of Rescompany via email. Also while in the process of using remote access Rescompany takes no responsibility for the loss of any data or hardware issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that backups are taken before any remote access is granted. Finally while we have taken all necessary steps to ensure that our equipment and connections are virus free, it your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is kept up to date with anti-virus software.
