Rescompany Systems Ltd. is a well-established, fast growing international company based in the UK, with offices in England, Australia, Canada, Germany and Poland. The company supplies Central Reservation System (CRS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems for the cruise, hospitality and travel market.
Advising Managers on HR related practices
Recruitment and selection
Responsible for all starter and leaver processes
Social Media Management; LinkedIn, Facebook and careers web page
Working with management to identify HR issues and help plan accordingly
Ensuring compliance with legislation
Some performance management tasks
Organising Training and Development needs along with Managers
You will be;
A HR professional, with over 2 years’ experience
Self – motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously
Hands on and ready to be involved in any task
Fluent in the English language
Any of the following would be an advantage but not essential.
Experience in the cruise industry
German and Polish Language
German and Polish employment law knowledge
Please note this is not a senior role but there is potential for growth.
This is a new position and the position holder should be willing to work flexibly as the role develops.
