Rescompany Systems Ltd. is a well-established, fast growing international company based in the UK, with offices in England, Australia, Canada, Germany, Poland and Fort Launderdale in the USA. The company supplies Central Reservation System (CRS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems for the cruise, hospitality and travel market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in preparing tenders and RFPs (Request for Proposals)
  • Support any new sales prospects
  • Actively identify and develop new sales leads
  • Arrange and conduct customer demonstrations; maintaining the demo databases
  • Prepare for and represent the company in trade and market shows
  • Work with the wider sales team to discuss new potential modules, onsite visits and sales opportunities for existing and new customers covering the whole SMS product Suite
  • Prepare and attend customer visits
  • Support any sales prospects from the CRS sales team
  • Build positive long- lasting relationships with prospects

About you:

  • Cruise Industry experience essential
  • Experienced with Ship Board Systems
  • Technical inquisitiveness and a strong interest in I.T.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite products
  • Understanding of databases
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients at all levels and across the world
  • Self – motivated, proactive and able to work autonomously
  • Flexible
  • Adaptable
  • Hands on and ready to be involved in any task
  • Organized
  • Fluent in the English language
