Harmony Cruises decide for Resco CRS and Resco SMS

Harmony Cruises, based in Seoul, has decided to implement Resco’s central reservation system Resco CRS and the shipboard management system Resco SMS on its new vessel.

Mr. Yongho Chee, Managing Director at Harmony Cruises says “the key factor behind this decision was the integration possibilities in having central reservation as well as all the onboard systems from the same vendor. As a result it will also save costs for our operation. Furthermore, the one platform for PMS and POS and the relative ease of setup for the onboard systems has influenced this decision.”

Harmony Cruises new flag ship, the 760 passenger Harmony Princess will run cruises in East Asia to a range of exciting ports including China, Japan and Russia.
